Serious Garlic Jelly : Garlic sauteed in butter with cider vinegar. Can be addictive with cream cheese and crackers,  roasted chicken, salmon or with chocholate slabs for dessert.

Seriously Basily Basil Jelly : Fresh Genovese Basil with a hint of pepper. Naturally delicate pale green colour. No added colouring.
 
The Great  Escape : Garlic scapes preserved in white wine, basalmic vinegar, brown sugar and secret spices.
 
Garlic Scape Pickles : Garlic tops pickled fresh from the field at their peak of flavour. Fabulous in martinis.
 
Garlic Scape Relish : A very grown up relish with secret spices. A must on hamburgers.
 
Pickled Garlic: Tasty little heads pickled whole.
 
 Himalayan Garlic Salt : Garlic peeled and dried in small batches blended with unprocessed pink salt from an ancient seabed high up in the himalayan mountains.
